NEWYORK: Renowned fast food chain Texs chicken & burgers, famous for its fried chicken in the US, has opened its outlet in the Long Island, New York.
Town supervisor Angie Carpenter inaugurated the outlet Texs Chicken & Burgers in Aslip Town, Long Island, for burger lover in New York by cutting the ribbon.
The political, social and business personality of the Pakistani community, Raja Hassan, also participated in the opening ceremony who was warmly welcomed in the event.
Expressing her views on the occasion, Town Supervisor Angie Carpenter said that Texs Chicken & Burgers is a great addition for those who preferred Halal foods, while Raja Hassan Ahmed thanked Angie Carpenter for supporting the Muslim community.
As many as 45 outlets of Texs Chicken & Burgers have been established in different cities and more will be added this year.
Later, Town Superintendent Angie Carpenter distributed certificates of appreciation to the employees of Texs Chicken & Burgers to encourage and appreciate them.
