Overseas Pakistanis all set to invest in Pakistani film industry

New York: Overseas Pakistanis are all set to make investments in the Pakistani film industry, as Pakistani renowned businessman Salman Butt says the moviegoers will soon get to see the best entertainment projects including ‘The Warriors of Mola’ film.

Salman Butt, a well-known business and social personality of the Pakistani-American community in New York, has now decided to enter the film and drama industry as well.

In this regard, he organized a ceremony in honor of Pakistan’s famous filmmaker Sangeeta at a local restaurant in Coney Island Avenue, Brooklyn.

Community entrepreneur and social personality Rauf Bhali started the event by reciting the Holy Quran.

Former TV host Ali Saleem known as Begum Nawazish Ali administrated the ceremony.

The purpose of the event was to highlight the interest of overseas Pakistanis in investing in the Pakistan film industry.

On this occasion, the host of the event Salman Butt said that a film and a drama are being made in Pakistan.

Hopefully, this will be a good addition to the film and drama industry of Pakistan, he said.

Famous artist Babar Butt thanked the participants for their arrival in the grand event. He said that the most special thing about filmmaker Sangeeta is that she always did quality work and never let her producer’s money go to waste.

While talking to the guests, filmmaker Sangeeta said that she has always made drama films on given budget and all the producers have benefited from her work as no one has suffered any loss.

Famous Tiktoker present at the event spread smiles on the faces of the participants with their jokes.

On this occasion, the participants of the event asked filmmaker Sangeeta questions to which she also answered.
