Adeel Rana asks Pakistanis to demonstrate unity, underscores the need for wellbeing of new generation

‘Meet and Greet’ event held at a private restaurant on Coney Island Avenue.

New York: Adeel Rana, Commanding Officer in the New York Police Department (NYPD) has said that the Pakistani community should stand hand in hand and work together for the wellbeing of the new generation.

Political and social figure Abdul Rauf Bhally organized a ‘Meet and Greet’ event in honor of Adeel Rana for his recent appointment in the Intelligence Bureau, and Fahad Sikander, a businessman who came to America from Pakistan, at a private restaurant located on Coney Island Avenue.

The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by Naat-e-Rasool (PBUH).

The ceremony was attended by political, social and business personalities of the Pakistani community, along with police officers.

Addressing the participants, Adeel Rana said that instead of supporting each other in the community, there is a tendency for the majority to be the leader, this attitude should end, and nations are not made like this.

The guest of the event and Pakistani businessman Fahad Sikander said that he has seen in foreign countries that Pakistanis are behind in most important fields compared to other communities because we do not do effective lobbying.

Other speakers participating in the event also expressed their views and congratulated Adeel Rana on his new appointment.

On this occasion, the host Abdul Rauf Bhally addressed Adeel Rana and said that the Pakistani community stands by his side with him.

In the end, everyone enjoyed the Abdul Rauf Bhally’s birthday cake and had a delicious dinner together.
