New York: Muslim Students’ Association (MSA) staged a protest demonstration to obtain a designated space for congregational prayer in an educational institution in the American state of New York.
Brock College students recorded a protest to get permission to pray inside the college.
More than a thousand Muslim students are studying at Brock College in New York, Muslim students studying in the college say that they have the right to have a place of worship in the college. Protest will continue till their demands are not met.
The students participating in the protest said that we are not only demanding a place for Muslim students to worship, but also want a place where people of all religions can easily perform their prayers.
Protests have been recorded several times by Muslim students in this regard, a large number of students participated in the recent demonstration and raised their voices to get their rights.
The students who participated in the demonstration also carried banners and placards. The demands were written on them.
