4th annual Eid Food Festival to be held at the Darul Quran Mosque New York on 16 July.

10,000 people are expected to attend the festival and admission is free.

New York: The food loving people should get ready as the fourth annual Eid Food Festival is being held at the Dar-ul-Quran Mosque New York on July 16.

Admission to the festival is free. As like previous years, New Yorkers are celebrating Eid al-Adha with a huge Eid food festival this year as well.

The festival is being held at the Dar-ul-Quran Mosque on 3rd Avenue where, in addition to stalls decorated with a variety of food, oriental costumes will also be available for sale. In addition, gifts will be distributed among the participants.

According to the festival management, last year about 6500 people participated and this year 10,000 people are expected to attend the festival and admission is free.

The festival management has appealed to the community to respect the sanctity of the mosque in choosing the costumes and cloths as the festival is being held in the mosque
