The management of Al-Mahdi Islamic Center of Sijny Community greets the blessings of Ramadhan to Muslim Ummah and elaborates the aims and objectives of the Ramadan. Sijny community’s held a Ramadan program at the Al-Mahdi Islamic Center, Nassau County Long Island.
Earlier, the name of the Al-Mahdi center was Sijny Center. The program was administered by Feroz Mukhi.
Nassau County, Long Island, New York Police Commissioner Patrick J. Ryder made a special appearance later an honorary Shield was presented to Police Commissioner, Patrick J. Ryder.
Police Commissioner Patrick J. Ryder thanks the Sijny community for the honor and assured all kinds of cooperation including security of worship places.
Feroz Muqaddam explained in detail about the room reserved for resemblances of holy places (Shabihaat).

The Qur’an taught to the children at the Al-Mehdi Islamic Center and the participants appreciated. While a child gave the call to prayer (Adhan), after which Iftar was arranged by the management of Community Center. 
The purpose of the Sijny community’s Ramadan program was to strengthen mutual relations and it will be continue in timely manner.
