A spectacular Premium Indians team launch ceremony based on Indian players was held in the New Jersey. APL Chairman J Mir, President Asif Jamal, Indian Premium owner Sam Singh, Premium Paks owner Muhammad Ali and others participated in the ceremony while US officials and county officers was also attended. Speaking at the event, APL owner J. Mir announced the price money $75,000 for league winner.
Afzaal Butt, APL President briefed the participants that two years ago J Mir plan’s to start the APL but during this; Pandemic outbreak was affected the world but he insisted that APL will definitely be held.
Speaking on the occasion to VOSA (Voice of South Asia) TV, Premium Indians Team owner Sam Singh said that cricket has always been his favorite sport and he wants his team to be successful in this league.
Pakistani woman Jawariya brings the autographed bat of Javed Miandad in launch ceremony. Team Paks owner Muhammad Ali told the participants that in 1986 during Sharjah cup final’s match on last ball Javed Miandad scored sixer from this bat against India at Sharjah Ground.
Various questions on cricket history were also asked from the audience and the winners were presented with Premium Indians team shirts as gifts.
