The American Council of Minority Women, ACMW, in collaboration with Islamic Relief of USA, on Connie Island Avenue in Brooklyn, shortly after the beginning of Ramadan, packages containing essential items were distributed among the needy and deserving people.
Pakistan Consul General, Ayesha Ali and US official attended the distribution of Ramadan package as special guests and appreciated the services of American Council of Minority Women.
On the occasion, head of organization Baza Rohi said that, with the help of Ramadan package, a family can break the fast of Ramadan.
People in need, lined up for Corona virus prevention and strictly follow SOPs to benefit from the Ramadan package. On the occasion, senior journalist and social figure Mawiz Asad Siddiqui also offered prayers.
