Another popular Turkish drama “Younus Emre” after Ertughul Ghazi

State own television, PTV is going to telecast another popular Turkish drama, Yunus Emre, in Urdu dubbing very soon as it has released its teaser trailer.

Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf Senator and Chairman Standing Committee on Info Broadcasting Faisal Javed Khan has confirmed the news. He said on the directions of Prime Minister Imran Khan, yet another hit by Mehmet Bozdag, Yunus Emre (AşkinYolculuğu) will be telecast on PTV.

Giving details about the main character of the drama, he said Yunus Emre (the Dervish) was an Islamic poet, a mystic and a poor villager. It was a story of a great Sufi wholly dedicated to ALLAH and searching for unity, he said.

“It is a Journey of Transformation. Yunus Emre was well-versed in mystical philosophy, especially that of the 13th-century poet and mystic Jalaluddin Rumi. Serial is a great example of a meticulous attention to detail work by TRT World,” Faisal Javed wrote.
