The well-known New York Roosevelt Hotel , owned by the national airline PIA, to close permanently by the end of this month.
According to sources, the hotel’s website said that the hotel has been closed permanently since October 31, but the message was later removed.
The hotel’s front desk refused to accept bookings after November 1, while the staff declined to give reasons for the hotel’s closure.
According to National broadcaster, when contacted at the front desk of the hotel, it was informed that the hotel is being closed but the staff did not give any reasons for the closure of the hotel.
PIA bought the Roosevelt Hotel in the 1970s, located in Manhattan, New York’s most important economic center.
It may be recalled that the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) had approved funds in its September 2 meeting to overcome the economic crisis at Hotel Roosevelt, while the Cabinet Privatization Committee had earlier said that the hotel would not be sold and It will be run in a joint venture with a third party.
