Khatoon-e-Jannat Azadaari council organized 10th annual procession in memory of the captives of Karbala with great religious devotion and honour, The mayor of Jersy City attended the procession.
While Addressing to the procession, Ayatollah Dr. Sakhawat Hussain Sandarlvi said that it seems extremism Era has returned in Pakistan. People of Shia Community are started to being targeted, recently two Shia’s people were targeted killed in Kohat and Mandi Bahauddin. He claimed Government and police is harassing to the victims instead of supporting them.
There is No room in Pakistan for sectarianism Supporters, neither our country can afford sectarian genocide at all. Ahl-e-Sunnat are our brothers and sisters, we have no quarrel with them, they should not become tools of Extremist Groups, these fistful extremist and terrorist groups will be destroyed soon, he added.
At the end of speech he demanded to stop Political appointments in Muttahida Ulema Board, Ruyat-e-Hilal Committee and Islamic Ideological Council.
When Ayatollah Sakhawat Hussain narrated the sufferings of Imam Zain-ul-Abidin, the mourners wept and the atmosphere changed into mournful too. On this occasion, Icon of Taboot-e- Imam Hussain was also taken out.
From Exchange Place to Jersey City Hall, the atmosphere resounded with the slogans of Ya Hussain and Shah Hussain. The procession witnessed practical scenes of Shia-Sunni unity while a large number of people, elders, women and children participated. Innocent children were carried Shabeh-e- Alam-e-Abbas and also chanted slogans of Labbaik Ya Hussain while Niaz-e-Hussain and Sabeel-e-Ghazi were arranged for the mourners in all corridors of the procession.
The Annual 10th procession in memory of the captives of Karbala peace fully ended outside of Jersey city Hall, led by Founder President Chaudhry Imtiaz Hussain, Jaffaria Council of North America Raja Abid Hussain, Younis Jaffery ,Raja Ammar Yasir, Chaudhry Amanat Ali Doga. Chaudhry Khawar Ali Khawari, Haji Salamat Ali, Khalifa Nafees Al Hassan, Haji Muhammad Razzaq Gujjar of Noor Jamal, Haji Muhammad Nazir Chatha and other scholars of Shabi Haider Al-Mahdi Foundation of Shah-e- Khurasan.
At the end of the procession, Hujjat-ul-Islam Allama Muhammad Hussain Zaidi, Maulana Safi Haider Abidi, Master Niaz, Chaudhry Imtiaz Hussain, Khawar Ali Khawari and Zain Abbas expressed their views and paid homage to the martyrs of Karbala.
Earlier Namaz-e-Zohrain were aslo offered.
